2006～2008年枣庄市无偿献血人员梅毒感染状况分析

[目的]了解2006~2008年枣庄市无偿献血人群梅毒阳性情况,为疾病预防控制提供基础数据。[方法]对2006~2008年梅毒阳性献血员进行流行病学分析,对梅毒阳性率建立数学模型并进行预测。[结果]3年共检出梅毒阳性198例,其中男性91例,女性107例。以梅毒阳性率建立数学模型,Y^=1.606+0.33X,并对2009年每季度进行预测,预测阳性率分别为5.90‰、6.23‰、6.56‰、6.89‰。[结论]严格检查无职业献血员,以防梅毒通过血液传播。无偿献血员梅毒流行趋于高速增长期。

Analysis of Syphilis Infection among Voluntary Blood Donors in Zaozhuang City from 2006 to 2008
