生长抑素与手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效及经济学评价

目的　比较生长抑素及其类似物与外科手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效 ,并进行经济学分析。方法　在禁食、胃肠减压、抗感染等基础上将生长抑素及其类似物治疗的 30例重症急性胰腺炎与外科手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎 2 2例的疗效及费用进行分析比较。结果　生长抑素组症状缓解 ;血、尿淀粉酶复常时间、住院天数及费用均优于手术组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组并发症的发生率有显著性差异 ,生长抑素组少于手术组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组的有效率及死亡率比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　重症急性胰腺炎应首先考虑给予生长抑素及其类似物保守治疗。

Outcomes and its economic analysis of patients with sereve acute pancreatitis treated with somatostatine and surgery

Objective: To compare the aurative effect and its economic analysis of patients with sereve acute pancreatitis treated with surgery and somatostatine or it's analogue.Methods: In the basic treatmtnt of abzosia. Gastrointestinal depressin, and antibiotic, we compare the aurative effect and do economic Analysis between the 30 cases of SAP treated with somatostatine or it's analogue and 20 cases of SAP treated with surgery. Results: the group in somatostatine is excelled to surgical group in symptomolyeic, the recover time of AMY and UMY the days in hospital and the money in treatment, The difference in complication in significence, but no difference in the rate of efficency and Death.Conclusions: The primary treatment in SAP is somaseation or it's anologue.
