监狱干警职业压力与职业倦怠的调查研究

目的调查监狱干警在工作中面临的职业压力与工作倦怠程度，探讨职业压力对工作倦怠的影响。方法采取问卷法对江西省多家监狱173名监狱干警的职业压力与工作倦怠状况进行分析。结果（1）被试的职业压力处于中度水平。（2）被试的情感枯竭程度中等，冷漠程度较轻。（3）被试的职业压力与情感枯竭、冷漠显著正相关。结论职业压力是情感枯竭的一个有效的预测因素，情感枯竭达到一定程度会导致冷漠，同时冷漠又将导致工作效能下降。

Study of Prison Guards Professional Burnout and Stress

Objective To survey work of prison guards in the face of occupational stress and job bumout level, and to explore the pressure of professional burnout. Methods Questionnaire method was used to analyze the Jiangxi prison guards of the 173 occupational stress and job burnout situation. Results （1）The subjects of occupational stress in a moderate level. （2）Emotional exhaustion of the subjects in a moderate degree,but a lesser degree of apathy. （3）A significant positive correlation was observed between the occupational stress and emotional exhaustion, apathy. Conclusion Occupational stress is an effective predictor of emotional exhaustion.The emotional exhaustion has reached a certain level will lead to apathy,which will decrease the work performance.
