林蛙卵油灌胃对于雄激素预处理大鼠妇科内分泌的影响

目的研究初生大鼠注射雄激素后,在成年期给予林蛙卵油灌胃,对于妇科内分泌激素水平的影响。方法乙醇萃取法提取林蛙卵精油,初生期给予雄激素制造动物模型,分为四组:高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和模型组,同时设置正常对照。成年后给予治疗组林蛙卵油灌胃后处死大鼠,子宫和卵巢称重,血清放免法检测各组雌二醇、FSH、孕酮水平。结果模型组子宫及卵巢重量明显低于正常组(P0.01),而林蛙卵油各剂量均可明显增加子宫及卵巢的重量(P0.001),尤其以林蛙卵油高剂量组增加的最为明显。模型组卵巢体重之比明显低于正常组(P0.05),而林蛙卵油各剂量均可明显增加卵巢体重之比(P0.001),尤其以林蛙卵油高剂量组增加的最为明显。而林蛙卵油各剂量组对子宫体重之比没有明显影响。模型组大鼠血清中FSH、雌二醇、孕酮的含量与正常对照组相比明显降低(P0.05),而林蛙卵油各剂量组均能明显提高大鼠体内FSH、雌二醇的含量,其中林蛙卵油中剂量对体内FSH含量增加最明显,而林蛙卵油大剂量对体内雌二醇含量增加最为明显,林蛙卵油各剂量组对体内孕酮含量的改变不明显。结论初生期雄激素注射通过影响卵巢发育对于成年内分泌系统造成影响,林蛙卵油可以发挥保护卵巢的作用,进而调节妇科内分泌功能。
