视网膜挫伤的酶组织化学及组织学研究

摘    要:对兔眼球挫伤后视网膜与糖代谢有关的酶:琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、葡萄糖—6—磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)、葡萄糖—6—磷酸酶(G6P)、磷酸化酶及三磷酸腺苷酶(ATP-ase)的活性做了测定,发现眼球挫伤后SDH、MDH、LDH及G6PD活性降低,而G6P、磷酸化酶及ATPase活性增强,提示眼球挫伤后视网膜的能量代谢发生了障碍。并提示可能与外伤引起视网膜缺血缺氧有关。

Abstract:In this paper,the activities of enzymes were determined,which are related to sugar metabolism in con cussed retina of rabbits' eyeballs, such as SDH, MDH, LDH, G6PD, G6P phosphery1ase and ATPase. The study showed that the activities of SDH,MDH,LDH' and G6PD were decreased,however,the G6P,phospho rylase and ATPase were increased to a higher level after eyeballs were bruised. The results suggested that a disorder of energy metabolism was occurring in the retina. It is clear that the disorders discussed above were probabably related to anemia and anoxia of the retina that were caused by the trauma.
