| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)急性加重期的治疗效果.方法将 COPD急性加重期患者 82例随机分为观察组 (52例 )和对照组 (30例 ),观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液,对照组则采用单纯西医治疗.结果观察组总有效率高于对照组;且在改善症状、体征 (包括呼吸困难、咳嗽、咯痰、紫绀、哮鸣音 )及血气 (包括 pH、 PaO2和 PaCO2)等方面均优于对照组.结论痰热清注射液对 COPD急性加重期有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing Injectionin the treatment of COPD in acute exacerbation stage.Methods:82patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=52)and the controlled group(n=30).Patients in both groups received the usual treat ment of WM,while those in the treatme nt group were given Tanreqing Injection in addition.Results:After the course of treatment,the to tal effective rate of the reatment group were higher than that of the controlled group,and there was a significant difference b etween the two groups.The improveme nt of the degree of clinical symptoms,signs includi ng shortness of breath,cough and exp ectoration,cyanosis of lips and wheeze,and bloo d gas including pH,PaO 2 and PaCO 2 in the treat-ment group were all superior to those in the controlled group.Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection has a good effect in the treatment of a cute exacerbation of COPD. |
