| 摘 要： | 目的衡量学生对知识的掌握程度、检验教学效果，为提高教学质量提供依据。方法对2004级五年制临床医学专业妇产科学期末考试试卷进行分析。结果考试总人数：354人，总平均分：63．38，总及格率：75．42％，考试的信度：0．78，考试的难度：0．63，考试的区分度：0．28。结论试题难度及区分度合适，大部分学生对重点难点知识掌握较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the students＇ mastering of knowledge, assess teaching effects, and provide evidence for improving the quality of our teaching ultimately. Method Analyzes the final examination paper of gynecology ＆ obstetrics for year 2004 students majoring in clinical medicine. Result 354 final examination papers were enrolled and evaluated. The average score was 63.38,the pass rate was 75.42%,reliability coefficient was 0.78,difficulty coefficient was 0.63 ,differentiation index was 0.28. Conclusion The difficulty and differentiation degree of the test paper was appropriate,and most students showed strength in grasping the difficult and key points of the course contents. |
