NMP238,HSP70在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨NMP238和HSP70在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法收集60例病理确诊的宫颈鳞癌标本为试验组,取同时期因子宫肌瘤手术切除的正常宫颈组织30例作为对照。应用免疫组化S-P法检测癌组织及对照组中NMP238,HSP70的表达。统计分析方法采用χ2检验和pearson相关分析。结果NMP238,HSP70在宫颈鳞癌组的阳性表达率分别为85%,71.7%;正常组织分别为43.3%和33.3%。两者在鳞癌组与对照组中的表达差异有显著性(P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌组织中NMP238和HSP70的阳性表达在不同病理分级、临床分期中差异均无显著性(P>0.05),在鳞癌组中,NMP238,HSP70的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论宫颈鳞癌中存在NMP238,HSP70的异常表达,表明宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生发展与NMP238,HSP70的异常表达有关。且两者在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05),提示二者对宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展可能有协同作用。

Expression and significance of NMP238 and HSP70 in cervical squamous cell cancer

[Objective] To explore the expression and significance of Nuclear Matrix Protein (NMP)238 and heat shock protein (HSP)70 in cervical squamous cell cancer. [Methods] Immunohistochemical method for NMP238 and HSP70 were performed on 60 cases of cervical squamous cancer and 30 cases of normal cervical tissues. [Results] In cervical squamous cell cancer, the expressions of NMP238 and HSP70 were significantly higher than those of normal cervical tissues. However the expression of neither NMP238 nor HSP70 was significantly correlated with the pathological grade and clinical stages. The expression of NMP238 was significantly correlated with the expression of HSP70. [Conclusions] NMP238 and HSP70 play important roles in the genesis and development of cervical squamous cell cancer, and there may be some extent coordinated regulation among them. NMP238 and HSP70 can be an important index in predicting the prognosis of cervical squamous cell cancer.
