| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜及宫腔镜在宫内节育器异位诊治中的应用。方法:回顾性分析31例宫内节育器异位的临床特征及诊治过程。结果:31例患者经腹腔镜、宫腔镜手术取器均获得成功。结论:遇到取宫内节育器失败的患者,应想到有宫内节育器异位的可能,应及时诊断,减少盲目操作,采用宫腔镜、腹腔镜手术直观、微创、安全,可获得良好临床效果。

The application of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic intrauterine device |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the application of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic intrauterine device(IUD).Methods:The clinical characterization,diagnosis and treatment of 31 cases with ectopic IUD were analyzed.Results:All the 31ectopic,cases operation under the laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were successful.Conclusion:Under the laparoscopy and hysteroscopy,IUD should be diagnosed and cured in time and safely. |
