阿司匹林片联合氯吡格雷片对短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察

目的探讨对短暂性脑缺血发作以阿司匹林片联合氯吡格雷片进行治疗所具有的临床效果。方法选择曾在我院接受治疗的短暂性脑缺血发作患者106例,将这些患者平均分为两组,并且将这两组分别作为观察组与对照组,对照组中患者单纯以阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组中患者在对照组治疗基础上联合氯吡格雷片进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗有效率以及血小板变化情况,并对其进行观察吡较。结果在经过治疗之后,观察两组患者的临床治疗有效率,观察组中患者的治疗总有效率为94.3%,对照组中患者的治疗总有效率为75.5%,两组患者存在显著差异;观察两组患者的血小板功能变化情况,两组患者均在一定程度上得到改善,但观察组中患者的改善情况明显优于对照组,两组患者之间差异明显。结论对短暂性脑缺血发作以阿司匹林片联合氯吡格雷片进行治疗,可取得较理想临床效果,有着很高的临床治疗有效率,能够使患者的血小板能够得到有效改善,缓解患者的临床症状,使患者尽快恢复健康,可在临床上进行广泛应用。

Efficacy of combination therapy with clopidogrel plus aspirin tablets for transient ischemic attack

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel/aspirin tablets for transient ischemic attack. Methods A total of 106 patients with transient ischemic attack who received treatment in our hospital were enrolled in this study. These patients were randomly divided into two groups： observation group（n=53） and control group（n =53）. Patients in the control and observation groups received aspirin monotherapy and combination therapy with clopidogrel/aspirin tablets, respectively. Clinical efficiency and changes in platelets were compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rate in the observation and control groups were 94.3% and 75.5%, respectively,suggesting a significant difference between the two groups. Although platelet functions were improved in both groups, the change in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group. Conclusion Combination therapy with clopidogrel plus aspirin has been shown to be highly effective in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.It has dramatically improved platelet functions, achieved remission of symptoms, and thus promoted fast recovery from the disease, which makes it suitable for wide application in clinical practice.
