"非典"恐惧者个性特征及应付方式调查

目的　探讨“非典”恐惧者的人格特征及应付方式。方法　选择因“非典”恐惧来咨询的 2 2人为研究组 ,以同期健康者 2 2人为对照组 ,两组分别完成艾森克个性问卷 ( EPQ)和简易应对方式量表评定。结果　 EPQ测定中 ,研究组 N分明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,E分明显低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;研究组积极应付的强度明显低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而消极应付强度明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论　“非典”恐惧者普遍存在个性和应付技能缺陷 ,应及时开展心理干预 ,帮助他们学会和掌握积极应对技能 ,改善消极态度和不良适应行为 ,有利于心理状态调整和心理疾病康复。

Personality Trait and Coping Way of People in Fear of ''''SARS''''

Objective To investigate personality trait and coping ways of people in fear of 'SARS'.Methods 22 out patients (study group)and 22 normal people (control group)were respectively tested by the Eysenk personality questionnaire (EPQ) and facility coping way scale.Results In accordance with EPQ,the score of 'N' factor of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01) and the score of 'E' factor of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the positive coping intensity of study group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01) and the negative coping intensity of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion People in fear of 'SARS' have at large disfigurement of personality and coping was.So psychological intervention will help them study the positive coping skills to regulate mentation psychology and get well mental diseases.
