| 摘 要： | 62例糖尿病人血β_2微球蛋白测定的结果提示:血β_2微球蛋白对诊断早期糖尿病肾病、判断肾功能改变有重要意义。在糖尿病血管并发症中血β_2微球蛋白也有增高。

| Abstract: | The concentrations of serum(β_2-MG)were measured by radioimm- unoassay in 62 cases of diabetes mellitus and compared with 30 normal controls.The results showed that the level of β_2-MG of diabetics with proteinuria and vasculat complications was significaitly increased(P<0.01), With the prologation of the cause of diabetics,the level of β_2-MG would increase.The elevation of β_2-MG appeared before the abnormality of BUN, blood Cr and urine protein in some patients.It is considered that β_2-MG in serium is a sensitive index of the early diagnosis of the renal insufficiency in diabeties. |
