正交试验法优选清肺灵颗粒剂的提取工艺

摘    要:目的筛选和优化清肺灵颗粒剂提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以水醇两组提取物中有效成分黄芩苷提取率和大黄素提取率为指标,确定提取参数。结果确定黄芩等水提工艺为8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5h;大黄等醇提组工艺为4倍量60%乙醇,提取3次,每次2h。结论清肺灵颗粒剂提取工艺科学,可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To filter and optimize extractive technology of Qingfeiling granules.METHODS The optimization extractive technology of Qingfeiling granules was investigated using orthogonal design with the availability component extracting from the drug as the index.RESULTS The optimal condition for the extraction of waters group was 8 folds amount of water,3 times,1.5 hours each time.The optimal condition for the extraction of ethanol group was 4 folds amount of 60% alcohol,3 times,two hours each time.CONCLUSION The optimized extractive technology is scientific and efficient.
