小切口外侧入路在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用

目的：观察小切口外侧入路在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法：采用小切口外侧入路施行全髋关节置换术84例99髋，并与同期内采用常规切口后外侧入路施行全髋关节置换术的35例40髋进行对比。结果：在切口长度、总失血量及术后1个月Harris评分等方面，小切口外侧入路组优于常规切口后外侧入路组（P〈0．05）；而两组的手术时间、髋臼杯外展角、前倾角比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：采用小切口外侧入路施行全髋关节置换术具有创伤小、失血少、关节功能恢复快、围手术期并发症少的特点。

Application of lateral mini-incision technique for Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective：To evaluate the effect of lateral mini-incision in Total Hip Arthroplasty （THA）. Methods： 84 patients （99 hips） were treated with THA through lateral mini-incision, compared with 35 patients （40 hips） which were treated with THA through traditional posterior-lateral incision in the corresponding period. Results： Many index in the lateral mini-incision group was better than that of the traditional posterior-lateral incision group, including the length of incision, the total blood loss and Harris score （P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there was no statistical defference between the two groups in the operation time and the cup＇s outward bound angle and anteversion. Conclusion： THA through lateral mini-incision has the advantages of less surgical trauma , less blood loss, quick recovery of the function of Hip and less perioprerative complication. It is worthy of being popularized in clinic.
