抗郁汤对PSD小鼠自发性行为和外周血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)影响

目的]观察抗郁汤对PSD小鼠自发性行为和血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)影响。方法]将60只小鼠按体重随机分组。采用阻断单侧颈总动脉制备脑缺血再灌注模型。使用不同剂量抗郁汤进行干预,通过悬尾、强迫游泳实验,实验第6天测定模型鼠自发性行为、血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)指标。结果]小鼠悬尾累计静止时间,模型组比空白对照组长(P<0.05),高剂量组明显低于模型组(P<0.01),中剂量组高于阳性对照组(P<0.05);强迫游泳累计静止时间模型组比空白对照组长(P<0.05),高剂量组、中剂量组及阳性对照组均低于模型组(P<0.05);血清5-HT含量模型组低于对照组(P<0.01),高剂量组、中剂量组及阳性对照组均高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论]抗郁汤干预可使PSD小鼠血清中5-HT水平明显增高,增强自发性行为。

Anti Depression Decoction on PSD Spontaneous Behavior and Peripheral Serum 5 Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) Effect

Objective]To observe the anti depression Decoction on PSD spontaneous behavior and serum 5 hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) effect.Methods]60 mice were randomly grouped.The occlusion of unilateral carotid artery preparation of cerebral ischemia reperfusion model.The use of different doses of antidepressants Decoction in intervention,through the tail suspension,forced swimming test,experiment sixth days of model rats with spontaneous behavior,serum 5 hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) index.Results]In mouse tail suspension accumulated static time than blank control group,model group(P<0.05),high dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.01),middle dose group was higher than that of positive control group(P<0.05);forced swimming cumulative static model group than in control group(P<0.05),high dose group,middle dose group and positive control group were lower than that in the model group(P<0.05);serum 5-HT content model group than those in control group(P<0.01),high dose group,middle dose group and positive control group were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion]Anti depression decoction intervention can make PSD in mouse serum 5-HT were significantly increased,enhancement of spontaneous behavior.
