综合护理干预对强迫症患者的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对强迫症患者的影响。方法将60例强迫症患者随机分为对照组（n=30）及观察组（n=30），对照组接受常规药物治疗、精神科一般护理和健康教育，观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预。分别于干预前及干预后6周对研究对象运用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）测定，比较两组得分情况。结果干预前两组患者SCL-90评分和SDS评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后观察组SCL-90评分强迫（1．69±0．74）分、人际关系敏感（1．53±0．77）分、抑郁（1．82±0．61）分、焦虑（1．45±0．72）分、恐怖（1．62±0．51）分、偏执（1．67±0．72）分、精神病性（1．63±0．48）分、敌对（1．604-0．58）分、躯体化（1．52±0．50）分均低于对照组（2．17±0．81），（1．92±0．75），（2．32±0．54），（1．98±0．83），（1．93±0．47），（1．74±0．56），（1．71±0．56），（1．89±0．63），（1．92±0．48）分，观察组SDS评分（38．56±6．13）分低于对照组（62．12±6．24）分，差异均有统计学意义（t分别为3．12，5．46，4．21，3．78，5．09，3．02，3．90，3．23，2．85，6．87；P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预可减轻强迫症患者抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等症状，促进疾病康复。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with obsessive compulsive disorder

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with obsessive compulsive disorder. Methods Totals of 60 patients were randomly divided into control group （30ceses） and observation group （30cases）, control group received conventional medicine therapy, ordinary nursing and health education of psychiatry department. On this basic, observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Before and after six weeks intervention, patients were investigated with symptoms Checklists （SCL-90）and self-depression scale （SDS） ,and results were compared. Results The difference of SCL-90 score and SDS score between two groups was not detected （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After intervention, SCL-90 score （ 1.69 ± 0.74）, interpersonal relationship sensitivity score （ 1.53 ± 0.77）, depression score （ 1.82 ± 0.61 ）, anxiety score （ 1.45 ± 0.72）, terror score （ 1.62 ± 0.51 ）, paranoia score （ 1.67 ± 0.72）, psychotism score （ 1.63 ± 0.48）, hostility score （ 1.60 ±0.58） ,somatization score（ 1.52 ±0.50）of observation group lower than that of control group which score in order was （2.17 ±0. 81）,（1.92 ±0.75）,（2. 32 ±0.54）,（1.98 ±0. 83）,（1.93 ±0.47）,（1.74 ±0.56）, （ 1.71 ±0.56） （ 1.89 ±0.63）, （ 1.92 ±0.48） ,and the score of SDS of observation group was（38.56 ±6. 13） lower than（62. 12 ±6.24）of control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant（ t = 3. 12,5.46, 4. 21,3.78,5.09,3.02,3.90,3.23,2. 85,6. 87 ;P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate patients＇ depression, anxiety, terror and so on, which promote patients to recovery from disease.
