摘    要:目的:准确测定阿司匹林肠溶片的含量。方法:HPLC测定:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱;以甲醇∶醋酸∶水(40∶1∶60)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:276 nm。紫外法测定:采用双波长紫外分光光度法,测定波长分别为276 nm、322 nm。结果:HPLC测定:阿司匹林线性范围:0.67~10.05μg/mL(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD 0.5%。水杨酸线性范围:2.74~29.68μg/mL(r=0.9994),平均回收率为102.1%,RSD 1.5%。紫外法测定:阿司匹林的平均回收率为100.1%,RSD0.25%。结论:此两种方法能有效地消除阿司匹林水解产物水杨酸对测定的干扰,简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:Objective:Accurate Determination of the content of aspirin in aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Methods:HPLC: Diamonsil C18 column;methanol-acetic acid-water(40∶1∶60) as mobile phase;flow rate:1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength of 276 nm;Dual-wavelength Spectrophotometric Determination of wavelength of 276 nm and 322 nm.Results:HPLC:Aspirin linear range:0.67~10.05 μg/mL(r=0.9997),the average recovery was 100.7%,RSD 0.5%.Salicylic acid linear range:2.74~29.68 μg/mL(r=0.9994),the average recovery was 102.1%,RSD was 1.5%.UV:The average recovery of aspirin 100.1%,RSD was 0.25%.Conclusion:The two kinds of methods can effectively eliminate the aspirin hydrolysis product of the interference on the determination of salicylic acid,is simple,rapid,accurate.
