痔本体围扎悬吊术治疗痔病的临床研究

目的观察痔本体围扎悬吊术在治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔的临床疗效。方法选取60例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔患者,随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用痔本体围扎悬吊术治疗;对照组30例,采用传统内痔结扎外痔切除术治疗,进行对比观察。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率、近期复发率分别为83%、13%和87%、10%,无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但两组间的术后疼痛程度、住院天数及术后并发症存在显著差异（P〈0.01）,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论在治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔时,痔本体围扎悬吊术与内痔结扎外痔切除术相比,具有术后并发症少,痛苦小,恢复时间短,安全性高等优点。

Clinical study of therapy for the hemorrhoids with surrounded suture and suspension

Objective To observe the clinic effect ofⅡ,Ⅲ stage internal hemorrhoids treated by surrounded suture and suspension operation.Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Therapeutic group with 30 cases treated by surrounded suture and suspension operation,and control group with 30 cased were treated by traditional external hemorrhoids internal hemorrhoids ligation surgery.Results The cure rate of the two groups was respectively 83% and 13%,and the recurrence rate was respectively 87% and 10%.There were no significant difference in the cure rate and the recurrence rate(P>0.05).But there were significant difference in postoperative anal pain,hospitalization time and postoperative complication(P<0.01).Conclusion Surrounded suture and suspension operation had the advantages of less postoperative complication and pain,short repair time and good safety in the treatment of Ⅱto Ⅲ stage hemorrhoids.
