| 摘 要： | 对147例不孕妇女行1.5％双氧水子宫输卵管声学造影和X线造影检查,并与其中42例行染色腹腔镜检查者进行对照,结果声学造影与腹腔镜检查总不符率为11.9％(5/42);X线造影与腹腔镜检总不符率则为40.48％(17/42)(P<0.05)。结果表明声学造影准确率明显高于X线造影。同时指出造影剂刺激引起输卵管痉挛致假阳性是造影失败的主要原因,且多见于X线造影。

| Abstract: | Sonographic HSG and X-ray HSG were performed in 147 infertile women, in 42 of whom laparoscopy with chromohydrotubation was done to confirm the findings of sonographic and X-ray HSG. The variance rate of so-nographic HSG with laparoscopy was 11.90 % (5/42), and that of X-ray HSG with laparoscopy was 40.48 % (17/42), the difference between them being significant (P<0.05), thus suggesting that the sonographic HSG is superior to X--ray HSG. The false positive result due to spasm of salipingotube caused by irritation of contract medium is the main reason for HSG failure, which is mainly seen in X-ray HSG. |
