| 摘 要： | 用腺嘌呤制作肾阳虚型慢性肾功能衰竭SD大鼠模型，电子显微镜观察发现其肾脏病理改变为炎性反应连续性破坏病变，其病理改变稳定，与临床症状，生化指标改变相一致。 |
