改革实验教学模式培养学生创新能力

为了培养出能满足我国医药行业发展的需要，满足广大人民群众安全、有效、经济和方便用药的需要，具有创新能力的高素质药学生，建议在我国高等药学院校推行下列各项制度和措施：对药学院校指导药学生做实验的药学教师实行“药学教师实验员合格证”制度；对每次做实验的药学生实行“药学生实验人数限额”制度；对实验教材实行“编写合适实验教学大纲、实验教材及规范操作教程”制度；对财政拨款实行“不同类别高等院校不等额财政拨款”制度：对药学实验室实行“药学实验许可证”制度；对药学实验采取从基础验证性试验到综合性设计实验的循序渐进的系统实验方法。通过采用这些制度及措施对药学生规范的药学实验操作动手能力的专业培养，才能为我国培养出更多高素质的具有创新能力的药学专业人才。

Exploration of Experiments Teaching Reformation for the Improvement of Pharmacy Students Creative Abilities

To culture high quality and creative abilities of Pharmacy Students can meet the needs of medical development and safe,effective,economical and convenient drugs use in China.This paper proposes some regulations and measures,including system of labs technician certification of Pharmacy,system of limitation of students numbers in a certain laboratory,system of different financial funds for different universities,system of compiling suitable teaching syllabus,teaching material and standard operation according to Pharmacy experiment license.Systematic empirical method should be taken from basic confirmatory experiments to comprehensive design expriments.Only in this reformation,more phamaceutical talents can be trained for the socail need in our country.
