96例子宫内膜异位症的临床分析

目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症的治疗方法。方法：对我院96例子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据病史特点以及B超检查结果,术前诊断符合率83.3%,术后随访1～60个月。结果：子宫内膜异位症手术术中加防粘剂,术后使用孕三烯酮治疗3～6月疗效好。结论：对子宫内膜异位症粘连严重者不可盲目手术分离,可用孕三烯酮治疗3个月后手术。

Clinical analysis of 96 cases of endometriosis

Objective: to explore the treatment for endometriosis.Methods: retrospective analysis on the clinical data of the patients of endometriosis treated in our hospital from September 2004 to March 2009.According to the characteristics of medical history and the B-test results,the preoperative diagnostic accordance rate was of 83.3% and the follow-up lasted 1 ~60 months.Results: using anti-viscosity during the intra-operation endometriosis surgery and gestrinone for postoperative drug therapy over 3~6 months give out a good curative effect.Conclusion: patients of endometriosis with severe adhesion shouldn’t blindly choose separation surgery but taking gestrinone for 3 months before having this surgery.
