| 摘 要： | 目的：对外固定架治疗胫骨多段骨折的效果进行总结。方法：本组27例胫骨多段骨折，采用单侧型Hoffmann外固定架固定，观察临床疗效。结果：骨折愈合率为88．9％，平均愈合时间为62个月，优良率为88．89％，结论：外固定架对各种胫骨多段骨折均适用，尤其是开放性骨折。

| Abstract: | Objective:A retrospective study was done in order to evaluate the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibial using external fixation.Methods:27 cases which suffered with multiple segmental fractrure of the tibia and treated with Hoffmann external fixation were reviewed,the clinical outcome were evaluated.Results:The union rate of the cases treated with extemal fixation was 88.89%,with a average healing time of 6.2 months,and the excellent and good rate was 88.89%.Conclusion:The external fixation is indicated for all kinds of multiple segmental fracture of tibia,especially for an open fracture. |
