RRM1基因的表达对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗效果及预后的影响

目的：探索核糖核苷还原酶调节因子1（RRM1）在晚期非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与药物化疗敏感性及效果的关系。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法检测60例Ⅲb、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者RRM1的表达情况并分析其与化疗效果的关系。结果：RRM1表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病理类型、组织学分级以及TNM分期差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。GP化疗组RRM1阳性者化疗有效率（12.5%）、1年生存率（6.3%）均低于RRM1阴性组（78.6%、64.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而NP化疗组差异均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：RRM1的表达水平与吉西他滨化疗效果有关,可作为个体化疗在选择化疗方案时的参考依据。

EFFECTS OF RRM1 GENE EXPRESSION ON CHEMOTHERAPY OUTCOME AND PROGNOSIS IN ADVANCED NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

Objective：To explore reductase subunit ribosomal nucleoside（RRM1） expression in advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its drug-sensitivity and the effects of chemotherapy.Methods：RRM1 expression in 60 cases of Ⅲ B and Ⅳ non-small cell cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry and its relationship with the effects of chemotherapy was also analyzed.Results：There was no significant difference between the RRM1 expression and sex,age,tumor size,pathological type,histological grade,or TNM staging（P〈0.05）.The efficient and 1-year survival rates in GP chemotherapy group were lower in RRM1 positive than in RRM1 negative groups（12.5% vs 78.5%,6.3% vs 64.3%;respectively;P〈0.05 for each）,The NP chemotherapy group had no significant difference.Conclusion：The expression of RRM1 is retated with gemcitabine chemotherapy.RRM1 detection can be predicted with gemcitabine for advanced non-small cell lung cancer effects of chemotherapy.Chemotherapy can be used as the selection of individual chemotherapy at the time of reference.
