| 摘 要： | 玻璃化冷冻技术已逐渐成为辅助生育技术中重要的应用技术之一,在保存未成熟卵细胞、成熟卵细胞、原核期胚胎、卵裂早期胚胎及囊胚方面均取得成功,并相继有临床妊娠分娩的报道。本文总结了玻璃化冷冻技术在保存人类不同发育阶段卵细胞和胚胎方面的应用。
