浅析经直肠超声诊断良性前列腺增生价值

目的探讨经直肠超声检查良性前列腺增生价值。方法采用美国GE730及意大利百胜DU-6彩色超声仪经直肠腔内探查前列腺，回顾2008年5月至2009年1月间31例采用经直肠彩色超声检查前列腺并临床确诊为良性前列腺增生患者声像图表现，分析其声像图特点。结果前列腺增生症时前列腺各径线均有增大，70岁以上体积明显增大。形态上对称规则多见。但随着年龄增加形态趋于饱满，易凸向膀胱。内部回声欠均匀，内腺回声减低。多数患者发现内腺增生结节，结节呈圆形，回声稍高，境界清晰，部分较大结节还可见包膜。内腺动脉彩色血流明显增多，阻力指数亦增加。结论经直肠超声检查是临床常用的良性前列腺增生检查方法，对本病诊断率高，值得推广普及使用。

Discuss the value of transrectal ultrasongraphy in BPH

Objective To discuss the value of transrectal ultrasongraphy in BPH. Methods Video connection was set up by transrectal ultrasound of American GE 730 and Italiy DU-6 Ultrasound apparatus. 31 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia were examined to measure the length, width .thickness,the ratio of endogrands and expglands, appearance , border, echo,intravesical prostatic protrusion, CDFI and RI of endogrands. Results The volume of prostate in BPH were all enlarged, expecially in the 70 years old. The appearance of prostate were symmetry. But at last the prostate could be fully and protuede to bladder. Some patients were found tubercle in prostate endogrand. It was round, hyperechoic and the border was clear. The color of endogrand were grow in number and the resistance index were increased. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasongraphy can be use diagnose and evaluate BPH. It was a valueable help for docters.
