高原驻军唇炎的流行病学调查分析

目的：调查高原驻军唇炎的流行情况,并分析发病原因。方法：在西藏地区不同海拔高原驻军中采用整群抽样方法抽取1 839人为样本,对其进行问卷调查和临床检查。结果：调查样本中,唇炎患病率为76.8%,在已发唇炎中89.1%为干燥脱屑型唇炎;海拔与唇炎的发病有一定关系。结论：西藏地区的唇炎患病率明显高于低海拔地区所报道的患病率,其特殊的地理、气候环境特别是气候干燥是造成唇炎高发的原因,应针对高原特殊气候环境开发有效的防治药物,以降低唇炎患病率,为高原驻军提供有力保障。

An Epidemiological Analysis of Cheilitis in Plateau Garrison

Objective：To investigate the prevalence of cheilitis in plateau garrison,and analyze the reasons for high incidence.Methods：Using cluster sample method,1 839 garrison subjects from the Tibetan region at different geologic altitudes,and a designed questionnaires and clinical examination were performed.Results：In the survey samples,the incidence of cheilitis was 76.8%,and in which 89.1% was exfoliative cheilitis.We found that there is a positive correlation between altitude and the incidence of cheilitis.Conclusions：The prevalence of cheilitis in Tibetan areas was much higher than that reported in low altitude areas.Special high altitude environment and climate in Tibet,the especial arid climate,may be the risk factors of cheilitis.This finding would contribute to prevent incidence of cheilitis at high altitude,and play a guiding role in development and utilization of effective prevention and treatment drug.
