黛力新治疗伴有焦虑抑郁状态的功能性消化不良的疗效

目的：观察黛力新治疗伴焦虑及（或）抑郁状态的功能性消化不良的临床疗效.方法：选择伴焦虑或抑郁的功能性消化不良患者86例随机分为2组,每组43例.两组均给予抑酸、胃动力药物常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用每日早晨口服黛力新1片,8周一疗程,其间停用其他药物.结果：治疗组治愈率为53.5%,对照组治愈率30.2%,两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05） 治疗组总显效率为79.1%,对照组为51.2%,两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.01） 两组治疗前后HAMD、HAMA评分均有所降低,以治疗组明显,差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）,两组均未见影响治疗的药物副作用发生.结论：在治疗伴抑郁或焦虑症状的功能性消化不良患者时加用小剂量抗抑郁剂可提高疗效.

Therapeutic effect of Deanxit in functional dyspepsia complicating with anxiety-depression state

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Deanxit, an antidepressant, in treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） complicated with anxiety and/or depressive state. Methods：86 FD patients with anxiety and/or depressive state were randomly divided into two groups （ n = 43 each）. Both groups underwent routine treatments including acid suppression and gastric motility medications. Patients in treatment group received additional once-daily Deanxit （1 tablet taken in the morning） for 8 weeks. During the treatment, all other medications were discontinued. Results ：The overall curative rates of the treatment group and control group were 53.5% and 30.2% respectively ,with statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The overall rate of response in the treatment group and control group were 79.1% and 51.2% respectively, with significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. HAMD and HAMA scores of both groups decreased after treatment, particularly for scores of treatment group, with significant difference found between groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. No adverse effects interfering with treatment were found in both groups. Conclusion： Low-dose antidepressant added on routine treatment may improve the curative effect on functional dyspepsia complicated with anxiety and/or depressive state.
