896例血管瘤与血管畸形的序列化治疗

目的：总结手术治疗及非手术治疗血管瘤和血管畸形的经验。方法：回顾性分析2005年1月-2008年5月本科收治的896例血管瘤和各类血管畸形患者治疗的临床资料，包括手术切除者、瘤体内平阳霉素栓塞、手术结合平阳霉素注射栓塞，介入治疗、介入结合手术治疗、激光治疗、激光结合手术治疗、类固醇类药物口服等，对其疗效进行分析。结果：所有病例经过0．5～3年的随访，治愈594例（66．3％），基本治愈211例（23．5％），好转72例（8．0％），无效20例（2．2％），死亡0例（0％）。结论：正确诊断血管瘤和血管畸形，并进行合理的分期或分类，采用合适的方法治疗血管瘤和血管畸形是提高治愈率、减少并发症的关键。

The sequential treatment of hemangioma and vascular malformation: A report of 896 cases

Objective： To summarize our experience with surgical and non - surgical treatments for hemangioma and vascular malformation. Methods： The clinical data of 896 patients with hemangioma and vascular malformation registered in our department between January 2005 and May 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Notably, the treatment methods included surgical resection, intralesional injection of bleomycin, surgery plus intralesional injection of bleomycin, interventional therapy, surgery plus interventional therapy, laser therapy, surgery plus laser therapy, and oral use of steroids. The efficacy of the treatments was examined. Results： During a followed up for 0. 5 to 3 years, 594 （66.3%） of the cases were found with full recovery, 211 （23.5%） with modest recovery, 72 （8.0%） with improvement, 20 （2.2%） with no response and 0 （0%） with death. Conclusion：Proper diagnosis, rational staging or classification, and appropriate selection of treatment options may be crucial to improve the cure rate and. reduce the comolications of hemangioma and vascular malformation.
