免疫透射比浊法检测视黄醇结合蛋白的方法学探讨

目的探讨免疫透射比浊分析法检测视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）的有效性。方法采用方法学评价指标对免疫透射比浊法检测RBP进行评价。结果免疫透射比浊法检测RBP批内、日间CV分别为5.08%、6.02%,平均误差5.67%,线性相关系数r为0.989,平均回收率为105.9%;胆红素（100μmol/L）、甘油三酯（5mmol/L）对RBP的干扰分别为1.24mg/L、0.85mg.L。结论免疫透射比浊法检测RBP是一种精密度好、准确度高,反应线性良好、实用、快速,且能全自动化检测的分析方法,值得临床推广。

Immune turbidimetric assay of retinol-binding protein discuss the methodology

Objective To explore the effectiveness of immune turbidimetric assay for retinol binding protein（Retinol-binding protein;RBP） detecting.Methods Evaluation methodology used for detection of immune turbidimetric method for evaluating the RBP.Results Detection of immune turbidimetric intra RBP,day CV was 5.08%,6.02%;average error was 5.67%;linear correlation coefficient r= 0.989;the average recovery was 105.9%;bilirubin（100 umol/L）,triglycerides（5 umol/L） on the interference of RBP values were 1.24mg/L and 0.85mg/L.Conclusion Detection of immune turbidimetric RBP is a good precision,high accuracy,good linearity response,practical,fast and automated detection method.
