乳腺定位穿刺与手术切除标本病理对比观察

目的 探讨乳腺X线定位穿刺活检及活检标本免疫组化的诊断价值。方法 对130例乳腺定位穿刺活检与手术切除活检进行病理形态对比观察，并对其中39例乳腺癌穿刺标本及手术标本均作免疫组化ER、PR、C-erbB-2标记检测。结果 130例乳腺定位穿刺活检与手术活检结果符合126例，符合率96．9％；乳腺癌穿刺标本免疫组化ER、PR、C-erbB-2检测结果与手术切除标本基本相符，符合率分别为95．9％、94．9％和94．4％。结论 乳腺X线定位穿刺活检准确，技术创伤小，具有重要的临床价值；穿刺标本代替手术切除标本检测一些免疫组化指标完全可行。

Comparison of Radiostereotactics Aspiration Biopsy and Surgical Biopsy Sampling Methods in the Pathological Analysis of Breast Diseases

Objective To evaluate radiostereostactics aspiration biopsy and surgical biopsy sampling methods in the pathological analysis of breast diseases.Methods The pathological analysis of the radiostereostactics aspiration biopsy and surgical biopsy samples of 130 patients were compared. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect ER, PR and C erbB 2 in 39 cases with breast cancer of 130 patients.Results There were 126 patients with the same diagnostic results between aspiration biopsy and surgical biopsy samples, with the accuracy of 96 6%. Immunohistochemistry detection of ER, PR and C erbB 2 between these two types of biopsy samples were basically agreed with each other, with the accuracy of 95 9%, 94 9%and 94 4%respectively.Conclusions Radiostereostatics aspiration biopsy is less damage and is very helpful for the diagnosis of breast lesions. Immunohistochemistry diagnosis of aspiration biopsy samples instead of surgical biopsy samples is acceptable.
