| 摘 要： | 目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定清胆胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱Agilent HC-C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．2％磷酸（50：50），检测波长为278nm。结果：黄苓苷进样量在0．50～2．50μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9995）；平均回收率为96．13％，RSD=1．20％（n=6）。结论：本方法简便，准确可靠，可用于清胆胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of baicalin in qingdan capsules. Method： Agilent HC-C18 （250mm ×4.6mm,5μm） was used as chromatographic column, and the mobile phrase was consisted of methanol -0.2% phosphoric acid （50： 50） with a detection wavelength of 278 nm. Result： The linear range of Baicalin was 0.50 -2. 50μg（r = 0.999 5 ）. The average recovery of baicalin was 96.13% and RSD was 1.20% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is sampe, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of qingdan capsules. |
