| 摘 要： | 顽固性失眠临床从肝论治疗效较好。肝气郁滞扰动心神治宜疏肝安神；肝火上炎扰乱神志治宜清肝宁神；肝血不足血不养神治当养血安神；肝阴不足神志不定治当滋阴养肝安神定志。

| Abstract: | Better effects of treating obstinate insomnia can be achieved by differentiation and treatment of the liver disorders, in details, by smoothing and tranquilizing the mind in case of stagnated qi disturbing mind, clearing the liver-fire and tranquilizing mind in case of flaring up of the liver-fire, tranquilizing mind in case of flaring up of the liver-fire to disturb mind, enriching blood to tranquilize mind in case of failure of blood in nourishing mind due to insufficient liver blood, tranquilizing mind by nourishing yin and the liver in case of restlessness of mind due to insufficient liver-yin. |
