| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年患者行人工全膝关节置换术的整体护理。方法对16例行人工全膝关节置换术的老年患者实施全方面的整体护理。结果随访半年,术后患者膝关节的屈伸和行走功能恢复良好,无一例发生感染、假体松动及关节僵硬等并发症。结论老年患者全膝关节置换术的整体护理,能有效预防术后并发症,促进患肢功能恢复,明显提高老年患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing for elderly patients with total knee replacement surgery.Methods 16 cases of elderly patients with total knee replacement were analyzed with holistic nursing.Result Follow-up of 6 months after operation in patients showed knee flexion and walking function recovered well.No case of infection,implant complications such as loosening and joint stiffness were found.Conclusion Holistic nursing for elderly patients with total knee replacement can effectively prevent postoperative complications and promote functional recovery of limb and significantly improve the living quality of elderly patients. |
