| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胎儿心室内强回声光团的超声诊断及临床意义。方法回顾性分析58 例孕中期（20～28 周）发现的胎儿心
室内强回声光团的超声胎儿资料，分析其超声特点并在孕晚期及胎儿出生后进行超声随访，对1 例引产胎儿（合并有法洛四联
症）进行尸检。结果58 例胎儿中30 例孕晚期（35～38 周）心室内的强回声光团回声减低或消失，5 例胎儿出生后其心室内强
回声光团仍然存在，为回声增强的腱索，1例引产胎儿（合并有法洛四联症）尸检结果除法洛四联症外未见其他异常。结论胎
儿心室内强回声光团多为一过性超声表现，预后良好。
