上海市南汇区流动人口血吸虫病、疟疾、丝虫病监测10年分析

目的　分析上海南汇地区外来流动人员血吸虫病、疟疾、丝虫病检疫的状况 ,为今后的外来人员监测工作提供对策。方法　采用免疫酶染技术及三联抗原片 ,对外来流动人员进行血吸虫免疫测定、疟疾血片免疫测定及疟原虫血检和丝虫免疫测定。结果　接受检疫的 5 4 386名外来流动人员中 ,抗体总阳性率为 0 . 6 9% ,其中 ,血吸虫抗体阳性率 0. 2 4 % ,疟疾阳性率 0 . 36 % ,丝虫阳性率 0. 0 9% ;检疫了外来定居人员 2 995人 ,抗体阳性率 0 . 13%。结论　由于大量外来流动人员的涌入 ,且构成血吸虫病、疟疾、丝虫病流行的危险因素依然存在 ,因而要加强对外来人员的监测 ,规范流动人口管理的条例和管理方法 ,提高监测质量.

Analysis on Monitoring of Schistosomiasis, Malaria and Filariasis among Migrants in Nanhui District

Objective This analysis was to learn about the situation of infection of Schistosomiasis, Malaria and Filariasis among migrants in Nanhui District of Shanghai and to provide scientific basis for monitoring of diseases. Methods Immunoenzymatic staining and triple antigen glass slide were adopted for immunoassay of schistosomiasis, malaria and filariasis, as well as blood test of plasmodia. Results In 54386 migrants undergoing quarantine, the overall positive rate of antibodies was 0 69%, of which the positive rate of antibody of schistosomiasis, malaria and filariasis was 0 24%, 0 36% and 0 09%, respectively; meanwhile, 2995 foreign residents were also quarantined and the positive rate was 0 13%. Conclusion Due to the vast influx of migrants from other places, the epidemic risks of schistosomiasis, malaria and filariasis still exist, hence it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring on migrants from other places, normalize management on migrants and improve the quality of monitoring.
