《军人心理学》教改效果评价研究

摘    要:目的初步评估《军人心理学》教学改革的效果。方法使用自制的《军人心理学》的教学内容的评价问卷,调查2009级听课学员。结果教改前后在总体得分、内容指标、表达指标3方面都存在显著性差异(t总分=-3.1,P=0.002〈0.05;t内容=-2.405,P=0.017〈0.05;t表达=-3.939,P〈0.01);其中表达指标变化差异最显著。结论基于基于学员需要和实际情况的教学改革,效果良好;评定的方法应采用等级制评定和百分制评定相结合。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of teaching reform in military psychology. Methods The undergraduates learning this course in 2009 were investigated with the questionnaire about instructional contents of teaching material. Results No matter whether it was the indicator on the instructional contents or the indicator on the expression, there were statistically significant difference in the general score between before teaching reform and after teaching reform, especially the indicator on the expression. Conclusion The teaching reform based on the students’needs and actual situation has good effect and the evaluation methods should adopt the hierarchy ratings and percentile score together.
