L-精氨酸前列地尔对肝硬化患者腹水的疗效观察

目的观察L-精氨酸、前列地尔治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法选择30例肝硬化合并腹水患者,随机分为普通治疗组、L-精氨酸治疗组、前列地尔治疗组。疗程2周,观察治疗后尿量、腹围、尿钠、肌酐清除率、肾动脉阻力指数等指标。结果L精氨酸治疗组、前列地尔治疗组,尿量明显增加,腹围、肾动脉阻力指数减少与普通治疗组相比差异有统计学意义,两治疗组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论L-精氨酸对肝硬化腹水有较好的临床疗效,是一种安全、低廉的治疗方法。

Therapeutic efficacy of L-arginine and alprostadil on liver cirrhosis ascites

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of L-arginine and alprostadil on ascites in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Thirty patients with liever cirrhosis were divided into control group, L-arginine treatment group and alprostadil treatment group. The change of urine volume,natruresis,abdominal perimeter and creatinine clearance rate were observed after 2 week-treatment.Results L-arginine and alprostadil increased the urine volume,while decreased the abdominal perimeter and renal arterial RI. There was a significant difference between control group and two treatment groups.Conclusion These suggeste L-arginine is of therapeutic efficacy on liver cirrhosis.
