| 摘 要： | 中药质量控制及作用机制阐明是中药现代化面临的关键科学问题。代谢组学具有整体性、系统性的特点，与中药多靶点、整体协调机制具有一致性，已成为系统论指导下研究中药质量及作用机制的有效平台，其应用有利于提高中药质量，推动中药新药研发。本文对基于代谢组学的中药质量及机制研究进行了综述，介绍了代谢组学研究进展及其在中药整体性评价、中药质量标志物、中药药效/毒性作用机制研究中的应 用，并对代谢组学在中药相关领域的发展趋势进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The quality control and mechanism elucidation of action of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are the key scientific issues in the modernization of TCM. Due to its integrity and systematicness, metabolomics fits with the characters of multi-targets and globality of TCM well, and it has become an effective platform for studying the quality and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of system theory. The application of metabolomics is conducive to improving the quality and promoting the development of TCM. The research on the quality and mechanism of action of TCM based on metabolomics was reviewed in this paper, introducing the overall evaluation, the quality markers and the mechanism of efficacy and toxicity of TCM in details. The future trend of metabolomics in the field of TCM was prospected briefly. |
