药师开展硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶儿童散瞳验光用药教育的方法探索

目的 探讨药师开展硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶儿童散瞳验光用药教育的方法,保障患儿用药安全性,为药师职能转变提供了新的发展方向。方法 选取门诊75例患儿家长,针对硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶验光散瞳的用法用量、眼用制剂规范的使用方法、不良反应及相关注意事项以上内容进行问卷调查,药师在用药咨询中心开展多模式(现场讲解、视频演示、微信收听语音、宣教材料自行学习)用药教育,2～3周后进行回访,用相同的问卷再次调查,并用统计学方法分析知晓率及问卷整体正确率,收集不良反应并评价。结果 药师耐心细致的用药教育使得问卷中5道题的知晓率和整体正确率比例均大幅提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在75例患儿用药过程中,出现15例不良反应,不良反应发生率20.00%。通过用药宣教,所有出现的不良反应家长均合理应对,未造成恐慌。结论 药师开展硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶儿童散瞳验光用药教育保障了用药安全,提高了药学服务质量。在减轻眼科医生工作强度的同时也充分发挥了药师价值,受到了广大患者的肯定。

Approaches tomedication education for atropine sulfate eye gel provided by pharmacists

Objective To explore the approaches to medication education for atropine sulfate eye gel provided by pharmacists so as to guarantee drug safety for children and find a new role of pharmacists.Methods Before the medication education,a questionnaire was carried out among parents of 75 pediatric patients,including the usage and dosage,the correct way of taking eye gel,the adverse reactions and the relevant cautions.Then various ways of medication education were provided by pharmacists in Center of Medication Consultation,including on-site explanation,video demo,education via wechat,and self-learning of relevant materials.A revisit was paid 2 or 3 weeks later and the same questionnaire was conducted among the parents again.Statistical methods were used to analyze the awareness rate and the overall correct rate,summarize and evaluate the adverse reactions.Results The awareness rate and the overall correct rate of the five questions in the questionnaire were significantly increased by the medication education,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were 20.00% (15 cases) adverse drug reactions of 75 cases.After medication education,these adverse reactions were handled appropriately by the parents.Conclusion The medication education can significantly improve the correct use of eye gel,which guarantee drug safety and improve pharmaceutical service.Hence,the value of pharmacists has been fully exerted,which helps reducing the workload of ophthalmologists and is accepted by patients.
