定喘方联合布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘的疗效观察

目的 探讨定喘方联合布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘的疗效,并评价其对炎症反应和免疫功能的影响。 方法 将116例哮喘患儿采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,除接受常规治疗外,观察组给予定喘方口服联合布地奈德吸入,而对照组仅给予布地奈德吸入,观察两组患儿的治疗效果、血清炎症因子和免疫学指标的变化。 结果 与对照组相比,观察组患儿显效率较高,差异有统计学意义(77.7% 比 93.3%,P<0.05)；与对照组相比,观察组患者血清白介素-17(IL-17)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-5(IL-5)、白三烯-B4(LBT4)水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与对照组相比,观察组患者血清白介素-12(IL-12)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与对照组相比,观察组患者外周血CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺显著升高,而CD8⁺显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 定喘方联合布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘临床效果较好,并可以调控患儿血清炎症因子水平,改善患儿机体免疫功能。

Effect of Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide on pediatric asthma

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma,and to evaluate its effect on inflammatory reaction and immune function. Methods 116 cases of asthma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In addition to routine treatment,the experimental group was given Dingchuan Decoction orally combined with budesonide inhalation,while the control group was given budesonide inhalation.Changes of treatment effect,serum inflammatory factors and immune indexes were observed in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate in experimental group was markedly higher,with significant differences between the two groups (77.7 % vs 93.3 %,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum interleukin-17 (IL-17),interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-5 (IL-5),leukotriene-B4 (LBT4) level of the experimental group decreased significantly,with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the test group of serum interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interferon gamma (IFN-gamma) levels were significantly increased,with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood test,CD4⁺ CD4⁺/CD8⁺ groups were significantly increased,while CD8⁺ decreased significantly,with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma shows good clinical effect,which can regulate the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve immune function in children.
