评价疏风解毒胶囊联合西医治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者肺功能的影响

目的 评价疏风解毒胶囊联合西医常规治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者肺功能的影响。方法 收集就诊于蚌埠市第一人民医院呼吸科患有AECOPD的70例患者，随机分为对照组与观察组。其中，对照组予以西医常规方案治疗，观察组采用西医常规方案合并疏风解毒胶囊治疗，疗程均为10 d。观察所有患者在治疗期间动脉血气、肺功能及痰液和血液中丙二醛等变化情况。结果 治疗10 d后，两组患者的血气分析较治疗前显著改善，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且观察组患者的动脉血氧分压（pO₂）指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗10 d后患者FEV1/L和FEV1/FVC指标均显著改善，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且观察组患者FEV1/L和FEV1/FVC指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的痰液和血液中丙二醛浓度较治疗前显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且观察组患者血液丙二醛浓度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 疏风解毒胶囊联合西医常规治疗有利于改善AECOPD患者肺功能指标，减轻患者临床症状。

Effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with western medicine in the pulmonary function of AECOPD patients

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with western medicine in the pulminary function of AECOPD patients. Methods 70 patients with AECOPD were choosed and randomly divided into study group and observation group, which group were 50 cases respectively. The control group was treated with routine treatment of Western Medicine. The observation group patients were treated in routine treatment combined with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule. After 10 days treatment, compared the two groups of changes in arterial blood gas, lung function, sputum and malondialdehyde in blood. Results After treatment, blood gas analysis of two groups of patients were improved significantly (P<0.05), and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO₂) index in observation group is better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group FEV1/L and FEV1/FVC index is better than the patients in the control group (P<0.05), and the concentrations of malondialdehyde in sputum and blood of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the concentration of malondialdehyde in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with western medicine is beneficial to improve the pulmonary function index of AECOPD patients and reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients.
