1例阿帕替尼联合替吉奥致皮下出血及手足综合征的药学监护

摘 要本文报道1例胃体癌伴两侧卵巢Krukenberg瘤患者行阿帕替尼联合替吉奥化疗2周期后，出现严重皮下出血及手足综合征。临床药师对患者不良反应进行分析判断，并对患者中西药治疗不良反应全过程进行药学监护。该患者使用西药对症、中医药辨证治疗后，皮下出血及手足综合征明显缓解。现对此例病例进行报道，旨在为临床治疗此类不良反应提供新的思路。

Pharmaceutical Care for One Patient with Subcutaneous Hemorrhage and Hand Foot Syndrome Induced by Apatinib Combined with S-1

ABSTRACT One case of patient with Krukenberg tumor and gastric cancer treated with apatinib and S 1 suffered from severe subcutaneous hemorrhage and hand foot syndrome after 2 cycles. Clinical pharmacist analyzed the adverse reactions and carried out pharmaceutical care for the whole treatment process of the adverse reactions by Chinese and western medicines. After using western medicines for the symptomatic treatment combined with TCM syndrome differentiation, the subcutaneous bleeding and hand foot syndrome of the patient were obviously alleviated. The case was reported in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of such adverse reactions.
