| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并多发骨梗死的诊治,以减少临床误诊误治。 方法 回顾性分析2例SLE合并多发骨梗死患者的临床资料,结合相关参考文献,总结该类患者的病因、临床及影像学特点。 结果 SLE合并多发骨梗死患者一般多曾因病情活动予较大剂量激素及免疫抑制剂治疗。 结论 减少激素及免疫抑制剂的使用可降低SLE患者合并骨梗死风险；影像学MRI有助于早期诊断骨梗死。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment associated with multiple avascular bone necrosis in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Mtheods The clinical data of multiple avascular bone necrosis with SLE patients were analyzed retrospectively.The pathogeny,clinical featutes and imaging characteristics of the patients were summarized in combination with reference literature. Results SLE patients with multiple avascular bone necrosis generally have been treated with high does of steroids and immunosuppressor because of the disease activity. Conclusion Controlling doeage of steroids and immunosuppressor may reduce the risk of avascular bone necrosis in patients of SLE.Avascular bone necrosis could be diagnosed early by MRI. |
