黄芪甲苷保护肾脏的分子机制研究进展

摘    要:黄芪甲苷是黄芪中含量最高的有效成分,具有广泛的药理活性,诸多研究证实黄芪甲苷对慢性肾脏疾病有治疗作用。查阅近5年国内外文献,从黄芪甲苷保护足细胞、抑制肾脏纤维化、保护肾小管细胞和抑制肾小球系膜细胞活化4方面对黄芪甲苷保护肾脏的分子机制进行综述,旨在剖析黄芪甲苷治疗慢性肾病的作用靶点,为黄芪甲苷在肾病治疗中的应用提供依据。

Abstract:Astragaloside IV is the most aboundant and activitve ingredient in Astragalus membranaceus. Many studies have confirmed that astragaloside IV has a renal protective effect on chronic kidney disease. After reviewing the literatures at home and abroad for the past five years, The molecular mechanism of the protective effect of astragaloside IV on kidney was reviewed from the aspects of protection of podocytes, inhibition of renal fibrosis, protection of renal tubular cells, and inhibition of mesangial cell activation. The aim of this study is to analyze the target of astragaloside IV in the treatment of chronic kidney disease, and provide a basis for the application of astragaloside IV in nephropathy.
