| 摘 要： | 雷公藤系卫矛科雷公藤属植物，其抗炎镇痛与免疫调节等疗效明显、应用广泛，同时其毒副作用尤其是肝损伤也发生频繁，影响其用药安全。本文通过文献分析，并结合单中心临床流行病学调查，初步探讨雷公藤肝损伤的临床特点；继而综述雷公藤的主要毒性成分与毒理机制研究进展；最后分析雷公藤肝损伤的临床诊断、临床特点与毒理机制等方面亟待解决的问题，并提出研究展望。

| Abstract: | Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F. (TWF) belongs to celastraceae under Tripterygium family. It is a traditionalChinese medicine with a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti- inflammatory, analgesic, anti- tumor,immunomodulation and so on, which is applied for many diseases because of its significant effects. However, its toxic andside effects frequently occur, especially liver injury, affecting its safety in clinical practice. In this paper, the clinicalcharacteristics of liver injury of TWF were preliminarily explored by combining with literature analysis and single centerclinical epidemiological investigation. Furthermore, the main toxic constituents and mechanism of TWF are reviewed.Finally, the key issues have been raised and analyzed on clinical diagnosis, clinical characteristics and toxicologicalmechanism of liver injury of TWF, and brought forward the future research directions. |
