Analysis of Pharmacy Service Fee in Community Pharmacies Under the Background of Separation of Medicine and Pharmacy

Objective: To analyze the charging mechanism of pharmacy service fee in community pharmacies in order to provide references and suggestions for deepening the reform of medicine and health system. Methods: The management system of pharmacy service fee in community pharmacies was explored and suggestions for reform were put forward through qualitative analysis and research reasoning. Results: The establishment of pharmacy service fee in community pharmacies has important value and significance in completely abolishing hospitals'' reliance on drug sales, implementing separation of medicine and pharmacy, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of drug circulation enterprises. Conclusion: The management mechanism of pharmacy service fee in community pharmacies should be established as soon as possible. A reasonable compensation mechanism and an incentive mechanism for licensed pharmacists'' professional services should also be set up.
