多囊卵巢综合征的中医证治研究进展

多囊卵巢综合征是青春期以及孕龄期的妇女常见的生殖功能障碍合并代谢障碍的内分泌失调类疾病，亦属常见难治性妇科疾病，在青春期及育龄妇女中发病率有逐渐上升趋势。本文对多囊卵巢综合征的中医病因病机进行了分析；并从肾虚证、痰湿证、血瘀证、肝郁证等证及其兼证方面，对其中医辨证分型的研究进展进行了总结；中医常用治法有中药内服、针灸中药结合等。以期为多囊卵巢综合征的临床诊治提供一定的依据。

Research Progress in TCM Syndrome Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Polycystic ovary syndrome is common reproductive dysfunction with metabolic disorder of endocrine disorder disease in adolescence and the pregnant women ages, and it is also a common intractable disease of department of gynecology, which morbidity during puberty and incidence in women of childbearing age are in a gradual rising trend. This paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome, and summarized the research progress of TCM syndrome differentiation from kidney deficiency syndrome, phlegm dampness syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, liver depression syndrome and other syndromes. Common TCM treatment methods included oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion and Chinese herbs, which is hoped to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
