猪肺磷脂注射液与注射用牛肺表面活性剂治疗早产儿肺透明膜病效果的对比分析

摘    要:目的 对比猪肺磷脂注射液与注射用牛肺表面活性剂治疗早产儿肺透明膜病的效果。方法 2012年9月—2016年12月选择在佛山市禅城区中心医院诊治的早产儿肺透明膜病64例作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各32例,两组都给予常规基础治疗与机械通气治疗,对照组给予猪肺磷脂注射液治疗,观察组给予注射用牛肺表面活性剂治疗,记录两组预后情况。结果 两组的机械通气时间、住院天数对比差异无统计学意义。观察组的住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后2、24 h的肺泡内正压参数都明显低于治疗前,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在组间对比差异都无统计学意义。两组治疗后2、24 h的肺泡内正压参数都明显低于治疗前,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在组间对比差异都无统计学意义。两组治疗后2、24 h的肺泡内正压参数都明显低于治疗前,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在组间对比差异都无统计学意义。结论 猪肺磷脂注射液与注射用牛肺表面活性剂治疗早产儿肺透明膜病痘能促进肺功能的提高,改善血气状况,促进患儿康复,但注射用牛肺表面活性剂在住院花费方面更具优势。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of Curosurf and Ke Li Su treatment of hyaline membrane disease. Methods From September 2012 to December 2016, 64 cases of hyaline membrane disease in our hospital were selected as the research object, all the cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 32 cases accorded to the random lottery envelopes, two groups were given routine treatment with mechanical ventilation treatment, the control group was given curosurf treatment, the observation group was given calsurf treatment, recorded the prognosis of the two groups. Results The mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay in the observation group compared to the control group were not significant difference, while the hospitalization expenses of the observation group was less than control group (P<0.05). The positive alveolar pressure parameters after treatment two hours and 24 hours in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), while compared between the two groups were not significant difference. The pH and PaO2 after treatment two hours and 24 hours in the two groups were higher than that before treatment, while the PaCO2 was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05); while compared between the two groups were not significant difference. Conclusion Curosurf and calsurf in the treatment of hyaline membrane disease can promote improve lung function, improve blood status, promote the rehabilitation of children, while calsurf had less hospitalization expenses.
