| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉造影的特点.方法对103例糖尿病合并冠心病患者进行冠脉造影,并与非糖尿病患者比较,同时研究糖尿病合并冠心病的影响因素.结果糖尿病合并冠心病患者的冠脉造影主要表现为1支病变和2支病变;糖尿病组冠状血管的狭窄程度明显高于非糖尿病组,糖尿病程,血糖水平和血脂水平严重影响冠心病的严重程度.结论冠状动脉造影是研究糖尿病合并冠心病的良好方法,糖尿病患者冠心病冠脉造影主要表现为冠状血管病变广泛、严重.

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the coronary angiographic characteristics of coronary artery disease in patients with diatetes mellitus. Methods: One hundred and three patients suffered from coronary artery disease with diabetes mellitus underwent coronary angiography and compared with patients without diabetes mellitus. The affecting factors were studied. Results: Coronary anglography of coronary artery disease with diabetes mellitus was presented three-branch lesion of multi-branch lesion of multi-branch and multi-segment lesion. Constriction was serious in patients with diabetes mellitus than those without diabetes mellitus. The duration and the level of blood sugar and lipid were important affecting factors to coronary artery diseases in patients with diabetes mellitus. Conclusions: Coronary angiography is a good method to study coronary artery disease in patients with diabetes mellitus. Its characteristics present coronary artery lesion in patients with diabetes mellitus is severe and widespread. |
